Tammy Marshall, our in-house Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of La Lueur Health & Wellness, brings over twenty years of medical experience to our community through her flagship wellness practice based in DeSoto, Texas.

Tammy is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing. She specializes in hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, and preventive medicine, using clinical precision and holistic care to restore balance from the inside out. Her expertise extends into body contouring, recovery services, and comprehensive wellness solutions designed to help clients look, feel, and perform at their highest level.

Through her partnership with KneticRx, La Lueur Health & Wellness will offer expanded health, beauty, and recovery services directly within our facility. This collaboration aligns perfectly with our shared mission — to integrate medicine, movement, and mindfulness into one seamless experience that empowers every individual to reach their peak potential.

Tammy’s philosophy is rooted in restoration and purpose. She believes that wellness begins with balance, combining evidence-based strategies with a personal touch that honors both the science and the soul of health. Her faith and compassion guide her work, allowing her to serve clients with empathy, excellence, and integrity.

Before launching La Lueur, Tammy led mobile wellness teams that provided over 6,000 clinical services in a single year, demonstrating her commitment to accessible and proactive care. Today, she continues that mission inside KneticRx, helping clients regain energy, optimize hormones, and redefine what vibrant living feels like.
